Pride, flexibility, professionalism: manghi’s bridge between Italy and the Czech Republic

Trade links between Italy and the Czech Republic have deep roots, but Danilo Manghi—Managing Director of Manghi Czech Republic and Vice-Chairman of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry—believes cooperation works best when it goes beyond clichés. The aim is concrete: blend Italian craftsmanship and attention to detail with the Czech Republic’s speed, clarity and business-friendly system.

Manghi is a three-generation family business, and for Danilo the name is a guarantee. It must stand for pride, flexibility and professionalism—translated into maximum care for partners and clients. Over two decades in Prague, the team has delivered high-end residential and hospitality projects, including La Corte and Hotel Thalia.

In recent years, Manghi has reinforced its specialization in luxury retail reconstructions—especially along Pařížská Street—working with brands such as Moncler, Bulgari, Montblanc and Patek Philippe. These stores require strict global standards, tight schedules and flawless execution. Materials are equally decisive: Manghi sources Italian finishes, from marble selected directly in quarries to ceramics, parquet and traditional Venetian stucco.

Looking ahead, the company is expanding by introducing exceptional Italian residential opportunities to Czech clients, starting with Portopiccolo on the Adriatic coast between Trieste and Venice. Cross-border transactions are more complex, Danilo notes, but manageable—typically 3–6 months depending on the deal.

For Manghi, the formula remains simple: absolute quality without compromise—because in today’s competitive Prague market, excellence is not a differentiator, it is the minimum. And that mindset shapes every handover.
