And it's not only about the product – the same requirements apply to the stores as well. Only in a store built with the highest precision and attention to detail will it feel right for the customer to indulge on some of the finest luxury goods available on the market.

That's why we are proud to count these prestigious brands among our clients. We have recently completed remodelling of the retail facility for the Moncler brand, and we completed several projects for other famous brands, such as Patek Philippe and Montblanc — at Pařížská street in Prague, well-known for being perhaps the most luxurious shopping precinct in the Czech Republic. In all of these projects we served as the general contractor. Our tasks included cooperating with renowned international furniture suppliers to furnish the store interiors. We took great care to ensure that these shops can boast the same level of craftsmanship and quality as the luxury goods they sell.

Another sphere of our business is providing facility management for various luxury stores, including the Italian fashion brand Prada.
