Manghi was responsible for all planning, permitting and construction phases of this unique luxury project in the center of Prague 1. A thorough reconstruction of 4 historical buildings dated back to mid 18th century resulted in creating of 2.500 m2 of residential and 500 m2 office space and took 4 years between 2009-2013.
Manghi took on the role of general and construction manager for the Bolzanova project. This project comprises the complete reconstruction of a historical building and the construction of a new, adjacent office building in Bolzanova street in Prague 1, close to the main train station. The project will be completed by end of year 2016 and will include 22 apartments, 24 parking spaces, retail and office space – in total over 3000m2.
Constructed in 1884 according to a design by the famous architect Vratislav Pasovský, this monumental neo-renaissance building located near Jirásek Square in the New Town of Prague offers a total floor area of 5000m2. It has been completely refurbished and converted into a unique 4-star hotel with 76 rooms.
Complete reconstruction of the splendid 19th century building located just a few steps from the Old Town Square and Pařížská Street in Josefov, the Jewish quarter of Prague. The process included planning, approval, and execution resulting in conversion into a 4-star hotel with 47 rooms.
