The Design
The refurbished Ciasa Nivalis — a traditional chalet built in the late 19th century — preserves all of the original building’s historic character, letting it exist in dialogue with its setting.
The ten dwelling units contained in the building are distributed over the ground, first, second and attic storeys. Each apartment has its own private parking space, spa and wine cellar.
The conveniences include underfloor heating and photovoltaic panels, which together with heat insulation and soundproofing materials are a guarantee of efficiency, reduced energy consumption and improved living comfort.
Advanced home automation enables integrated management of lighting, temperature and entry control.
